Is it just me, or is there still much confusion over whether Penguin 3 was a refresh (old algo, new data) or an update (new algo, new data)?

  1. It's not just you +Richard Hearne Judging by the mellow reactions and to be honest very quiet reactions around, this to me feels like a refresh.

    I only had one site that we did a cleanup on at the beginning of the year, this is recovering nicely, but otherwise pretty uneventful.

    So i think it was a refresh with the dial set to Low.
