Who says spam links don't work?

Google detection still doesn't see the worst paid links / paid blog posts / link networks.  They may be getting better, but, woah, have they got a lot of junk still to catch…

  1. It depends.
    Knowing and Acting are 2 different things – and often G only seems to act under very set conditions.

    The sad thing is – G are menat to read the Spam Reports – so they "know" … and if they go look, they should take some action.

  3. Car rental is also a dodgy space. One company I looked at last week had 10+ doorway sites and domains.

  5. I hear ya Richard, I can only hope the penguin update picks these up, I seriously doubt it will tho. It makes preaching an ethical approach to seo very difficult and there are not many patient clients.
