I think if Google is going to direct webmasters to the support groups they need to try to make it a more friendly environment. I know better than most how difficult it is to help there, but it's always far easier to be nice than nasty.

It really feel bad when you try to remove every single you know which is harming your site and after clearing all the chunks and filing the reconsideration request and you still get the same old message from Google about violation clearly the situation is like running out of ideas
