+Barry Schwartz I was the one who asked John that question on Penguin. My impression is that they refresh the data more frequently then thought, but don't change the algo often. I've seen changes a few times recently to Penguin hit sites that make me think the data is refreshing.

It's not really clear from the post (http://www.seroundtable.com/google-penguin-algorithm-16399.html) whether you think they don't refresh the data or don't refresh anything Penguin related?
