Anyone notice how Matt Cutts only talks about Penguin 1.0 and 2.0?
Kinda gives away that 1.1 and 1.2 were merely hand tweaks. So does this mean that if you're hit by Penguin 2.0 you'll be dead for a year or more at the best?
At least we know now that starting a new site is the way to go. Or maybe just go black altogether…

Yep that's what I'm planning. It would be great if there was some sort of schedule though. It strikes me a little more structure would be useful. Nods at +Jim Munro :)

I think we can tweak the order of the topics in the hangout, so that we can discuss this issue at the beginning of the hangout? It's up to Jim, but that's what I'd suggest.
