Nice to see some email senders adjusting to Gmail's new interface:
Dear Mr Hearne,
As you may have noticed, Gmail is now dividing emails into separate inboxes – Primary, Social and Promotions.
To avoid Emirates emails hiding in the Promotions inbox, please adjust your settings by following these simple steps:
1. Click on the Promotions inbox tab.
2. Drag an email from Emirates into the Primary inbox tab.
3. Click “Yes” when asked if you want future emails from Emirates to go into your Primary inbox.

I guess this is for your tickets, right? Are they using the same email address for their promotional email as for tickets?
