Sorry your comment got caught in the spam trap, and I’m fighting a real surge in spam the last few days (~1k spams a day *sigh*).

I’m not so sure about UK conferences. But keep an eye on Danny Sullivan’s latest conference – if that comes to the UK it should be worth a visit as it seems to be targeting more middle to high-level stuff as opposed to the entry level SEM discussions. First one is in the States.
